Types and Uses of Copper Nickel Fasteners

It is also used due to its excellent properties such as good fabricability and low macro fouling rates. Copper Nickel 90/10 Fasteners have high iron content that gives it resistance against impingement attack. They are also good at giving resistance against cracking. Such properties make it suitable to be used in adverse conditions. The increased copper content does not change the color of a fastener and it gives it silver look.
